Located in a quiet area in south county Wexford approx 6km form Rosslare harbour and approx 15km from the historic Wexford town with the nearest beach 2km away. Carne beach and pier with a rural fishing community and sandy beach is 3km away. Our Lady's Island Pilgrimage Village, Our Lady's Island Lake, The Combe Beach and Kilmore Quay w/irregular trips to Saltee Islands(well worth a visit) are all within half an hour travelling by car. Local amenities include: par 3 golf and restaurant-3km; gourmet seafood restaurant and bar-2km; caravan park w/restaurant and bar(live music)-2km; golf club and restaurant(St. Helens)-5km; supermarket-4km; supermarket(best) Rosslare Harbour-6km; Rosslare strand, very good hotels, golf links(St. Annes), beaches, bars and restaurants-8km. �100 booking deposit with balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
If holiday is cancelled 6 weeks prior to arrival, we will endeavour to return the deposit if we are able to re let the property at the normal rate less �20 for administration.
Cancellations made 29-42 days before start date of holiday - 50% of total holiday cost
Cancellations made 15-28 days before start date of holiday - 75% of total holiday cost
Cancellations made 1-14 days before start date of holiday - full holiday costs
