Coole Cottage is a captivating, detached, 3 bed roomed (all ensuite), holiday cottage set in an idyllic location in the picturesque village of Belleek and nestling on the banks of the River Erne. The cottage is a short walk from the world renowned Belleek Pottery, home of the famous translucent Parian China, and just 250 metres away from the colourful village of Belleek which has a variety of shops, authentic Irish pubs, a hotel, restaurants and a Post Office.

The region is internationally renowned for fishing with game (trout and salmon) and course angling on Fermanagh's rivers and lakes and sea fishing on the nearby Atlantic coastline. Bedrooms:
Coole Cottage accommodation comprises three bedrooms for up to six people. Smaller groups of people are welcomed and the cottage is flexibly priced to accommodate one, two, three or four people. Each bedroom has new, superior quality interior air-sprung beds with highest quality duvets, pure cotton bed-linen and bedspreads for ultimate comfort and luxury.

The reception areas are beautifully furnished and decorated with original artwork by Irish landscape artist Frances Morris. The sitting room has an open fire, colour TV, VHS machine, CD stereo system, a supply of board games and a well stocked book case. The main garden has a small patio with garden furniture for alfresco dining and the smaller garden has a cast iron table and chairs. Oil fired central heating ensures that the cottage is equally comfortable in any season.

Cancellation policy
€100 booking deposit with balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
If holiday is cancelled 6 weeks prior to arrival, we will endeavour to return the deposit if we are able to re-let the property at the normal rate less €20 for administration.
Cancellations made 29-42 days before start date of holiday - 50% of total holiday cost
Cancellations made 15-28 days before start date of holiday - 75% of total holiday cost
Cancellations made 1-14 days before start date of holiday - full holiday costs
Remember to check that your travel insurance policy covers cancellation of holidays.
