Cancellation policy

Fifty per cent of the rental is payable with the booking, €250 of which is non-refundable. Should the booking be cancelled more than eight weeks in advance of the arrival date the deposit less €250 will be refunded. The outstanding balance for the booking is payable eight weeks in advance of the arrival date. Should the booking be cancelled less that eight weeks but more that two weeks prior to the arrival date the sums paid, less €500, will be refunded. Should the booking be cancelled less that two weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date, any refund will be entirely at the discretion of the owners.

Deposits

Fifty per cent of the rental is payable with the booking.

Other fees

Note that the rates quotes are for the longhouse only, except for July & August, when the rates are for the longhouse & cottage. During July & August the longhouse & cottage can only be rented as one.

Other policies

The permitted number of occupants of the rented premises is the number of people notified by the renter at the time the booking is accepted by the owners (subject to any alteration by mutual agreement) which number shall not exceed the number that the premises is designed to accommodate. Non-compliance by the renter with this clause renders this agreement subject to immediate cancellation without notice and without refund. Any damage or loss to the premises or to the contents thereof caused by the renter is to be reported to the owner’s representative immediately. Any such damage or loss shall be the responsibility of the renter and will be compensated for forthwith. The owners shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or personal injury which may be sustained by renters or their property or their guests at any time during the reserved stay howsoever occurring.
