Area description
The beautiful landscape of the Sperrin mountains gives the area a unique sense of space and solitude and makes it an ideal choice for an active or leisurely holiday / break.
The house is situated in the beautiful village of Plumbridge in central Sperrins, 2 double bedrooms (1 en-suite), and 1 single room. Large garden with natural stream, proximity to river with scenic views. Convenient to North Coast, Donegal and many tourist attractions: Ulster Folk Park and Centre for Migration Studies (for genealogy and ancestral research) 10 miles.
The towns of Omagh, Strabane, Lifford, Letterkenny and the historic City of Derry are all within 26 miles providing shopping, entertainment and restaurants. It is convenient to Belfast airports and ferry ports (75 minutes), Dublin airport (130 minutes) and the local city of Derry airport is only 25 miles away.
Located in the village of Plumbridge, on the right hand side of the road leaving the village towards Strabane.

There is a large landscaped garden with a natural stream, patio area and garden furniture.
It is convenient to the many and varied attractions of the Sperrins and Foyle areas as well as to the award winning beaches of the North West Coast and to Donegal.
The local rivers are famous for sea trout and salmon. The hills, forest, moors, valleys and lakes make this an obvious venue for walkers and cyclists. The region is rich in history, geology, archaeology and culture and there are lots of interesting things to see from Neolithic monuments and restored mills to historic churches and castles.

If holiday is cancelled 6 weeks prior to arrival, we will endeavour to return the deposit if we are able to re-let the property at the normal rate less €20 for administration.

Cancellations made 15-28 days before start date of holiday - 75% of total holiday cost
Cancellations made 1-14 days before start date of holiday - full holiday costs
