This is a traditional stone built cottage which has all mod cons such as central heating, double glazing etc but also retains trad features such as an open fire, 2 foot thick walls and fresh water pumped from the well. It has a sitting room, dining room, 2 bedrooms , kitchen and bathroom. Set in a half acre of secluded garden overlooked by the hill of Knocknashee.

 

Area description


There are many things to do in the area, river , lake and sea fishing. Hillwalking, surfing at Strandhill, walking at Rosses Point, fun at Enniscrone. There are several play centres for children and indoor swimming pools. A folk centre to look at the past, and a centre to watch eagles flying. There is something for everyone.
