A charming single storey self catering cottage in a quiet rural location under the shadows of the Slieve Mish Mountains of County Kerry, South West Ireland. The cottage provides comfortable character self catering accommodation. It comprises two double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms with fitted furniture, to sleep 6. The well appointed fitted kitchen has a dining table and chairs and a separate utility room. The larger sitting room has a TV and open fire while the smaller second sitting room can also provide space as a study. The house has a bathroom and a shower room.
Area description
The cottage is situated 6kms from Tralee, just 100 meters from the Tralee - Listowel road, and just 10kms from Kerry Airport. Local beaches within a 15km range include Ballyheigue, Banna Beach, Derrymore Strand, Ballybunion and Fenit harbour. The area offers plenty of sight seeing tours to the Ring of Kerry, Killarney Lakes and the Dingle Peninsular. Many heritage sites of historical interest are also close by.
Guests may avail themselves of activities such as hillwalking, golf, fishing, riding, pony trekking, windsurfing and the the aquadome.
