The house is an 18th century farm house building that has been lovingly restored and refurbished by the Sharpley family.
This family friendly property can accommodate six people and consists of one king-size ensuite and two twin rooms; a main bath/shower room, downstairs' toilet and utility room, they are all decorated and furnished to the highest standard. The kitchen area is fully equipped with all modern facilities. The large living area is the perfect place to relax in front of a log fire.

Directions
Ballinamore is located in the heart of Leitrim's magical lake and drumlin landscape, 150 km north west of Dublin and is strategically placed, close to the major road and rail networks. Ballinamore sits advantageously between the major towns of the region giving unrivalled choice of access to growing centres of employment.
Road access is excellent. Ballinamore has benefited from huge investment in the road infrastructure in recent years. A rail link at Dromod, 15 minutes away offers a fast and efficient connection to the national rail network. The town is within a few minutes of the Erne Bus Link which provides bus access 5 times a day to and from Dublin. There are daily buses to Longford and Enniskillen with further links from there all over Ireland.
From Dublin: Take the N4 (Sligo road) out of Dublin, past Mullingar and Longford, until you come to Dromod. Turn right on to the R202 here (Ballinamore signposted) and follow it straight through Mohill to Ballinamore. On your way in to Ballinamore you have to cross a bridge, you turn left immediately after bridge, the canal is on your left, fire station etc on your right, so straight ahead and it is the third building (two bungalows and the old mill house)on your right, just above canal basin.
From Enniskillen: Leave Enniskillen on the Sligo road (A4). About 1.5km (1 mile) out, turn left on to the A32 (Ballinamore signposted). The A32 becomes the N87 at Swanlinbar (Ballinamore signposted). Turn right on to the R202 where Ballinamore is again signed. At the end of Main Street (bottom of town) in Ballinamore, turn right at Willies Fruit Shop (just before the bridge) canal on the left continue past fire station etc on right and it is the third house on the right (stone house past 2 bungalows).
Activities/Attractions
Beautiful canal walk beside house: Length approx: 3 ½ miles.
Fishing: Ballinamore is internationally renowned for its abundance of coarse angling waters. Being in the centre of Leitrim's Lakeland district there are a minimum of 40 lakes within a 10km radius of the town. The fishing varies from Tench / Rudd / Bream Roach / Pike etc. Maps of all local waters are provided locally.
