Portstewart sits on the northerly tip of Ireland. It has everything required for a fantastic family holiday. Ithas wonderful beaches, scenic coastal walks, a rocky shoreline along its Promenade, three golf courses, tennis courts, a beautiful harbour and a number of attractive coastal towns and villages as its neighbours. These include Portrush,Castlerock, Portballintrae and Ballycastle.
Area description
Portstewart - Named after the family whose 18th Century estate included the harbour – is a quieter and more sedate resort. It is linked to its neighbour Portrush by road and the Port Path, a three-mile coastal walk complete with interpretive displays highlighting the natural history features to be observed. The town has a picturesque harbour and promenade and to the west is the sweeping two-mile stretch of Portstewart Strand. This was once home to Neolithic and early Iron Age people whose flints, arrowheads and pottery shards have been excavated from beneath the sandhills.
It has a Promenade and a Beach. A year round mecca for holiday makers, Portstewart Strand holds the prestigious Blue Flag award for the management, cleanliness and quality of water, it is also one of the few remaining beaches in Ireland where cars still have access and permission to drive onto the beach- perfect for families who wish to picnic on the golden shores.
The beach attracts a range of visitors who visit here wishing to partake in activities such as, surfing, swimming, horse riding and scenic walks on the way marked nature trails with excellent views of the North Coast.

If holiday is cancelled 6 weeks prior to arrival, we will endeavour to return the deposit if we are able to re let the property at the normal rate less €20 for administration.

Cancellations made 15-28 days before start date of holiday - 75% of total holiday cost
Cancellations made 1-14 days before start date of holiday - full holiday costs
