Cancellation policy

ALL APPLICANTS ARE ADVISED TO TAKE OUT PERSONAL CANCELLATION INSURANCE. Any request to cancel a booking must be sent in writing to the owners. Whilst the applicant remains liable for the final payment by the due date as shown on the booking form, the owners will offer the property for let and will use whatever means they onsider reasonable to re-let the property for the period booked. The owner shall endeavour to re-let the property in the event of a cancellation, if however the owner is unsuccessful in re-letting, the cancellation charges shall be made as follows: More than 8 weeks notice of cancellation: 50% of full rental 8 weeks or less notice of cancellation: 100% of full rental

It is the policy of Rossahilly House that any additional extras incurred over and above the pre-payment are to be settled on departure. There may be some late bills which may not have been charged to the account prior to being presented for payment and these will be forwarded for settlement after the event. In the event of any unpaid extras, the lead name/organiser will be held liable for their settlement.
