Property Description
One bedroom traditional Cottage located in a rural area approx 12 miles East of Cork City. The property is a traditional style cottage which was renovated to make it comfortable to live in. The bedroom has a double bed with oak flooring , the open plan kitchen /living area has a modern kitchen , with high vaulted ceilings, black slate floor, wood burning stove. The bathroom has shower only no bath. Oil central heating , solar panel for hot water , water from a well on site.
Area description
The area is rural where the main activities are agriculture & farming. The waking sounds in the morning are most likely to be birds or the nearby cows
10 golf courses within 15 miles, Fota wildlife park, Midleton Distillery , Cobh heritage center all nearby. Traditional music the first Friday of the month at Smarts bar Ballincurrig

€100 booking deposit with balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
If holiday is cancelled 6 weeks prior to arrival, we will endeavour to return the deposit if we are able to re let the property at the normal rate less €20 for administration.
Cancellations made 29-42 days before start date of holiday - 50% of total holiday cost
Cancellations made 15-28 days before start date of holiday - 75% of total holiday cost
Cancellations made 1-14 days before start date of holiday - full holiday costs
